Silence the Violence

Last Friday, I attended a vigil for all the recent slew of deaths that have occurred in Oakland the past couple of weeks. It was a bang bang assignment - ran there from a basketball game that went longer than expected, raced against the light, and then raced back to file before deadline. Phew. Photos by Alison Yin
